Note that Kewusuma warranty does not cover:

(A) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

(B) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

(C) to damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the Kewusuma’s Product’s specifications.

(D) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause.

(E) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other published guidelines.

(F) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Kewusuma or an Kewusuma authorized Service Provider (“AASP”).

(G) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.

(H) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product, or if the phone manufacturer receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).

It is important that customers carefully examine the item when they have been received. If your item has been damaged during transport, you must report this as soon as possible to the customer service. If you discover that an item is damaged or does not match the item you ordered, you have to contact customer service within 30 days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will return with further instructions on returning the product.
If a returned product has no fault, Kewusuma has the right to charge a fee for transportation costs. If an item is to be replaced, this is done on a product of similar model or design.
